Apply for the Master’s Degree in Design
Who can apply?
Degree in design level:
The admission exam to enroll in the Master’s program is open to all applicants holding a Bachelor’s Degree in design (spatial design, interaction design, product design, graphic design).
A Bachelor’s Degree equates to 180 ECTS credits for European students. For non-European students, it mainly equates to a 4-year diploma in Art and Design.
Languages level:
As the programme will be taught in English. A good level of English will be required to apply to the programme.
Non English-speaking applicants are required to obtain a 600 point-score at least at the TOEIC exam or having equivalent English proficiency and being in a position to provide evidence of it.
Basic knowledge in Chinese is undoubtedly a very useful asset for students willing to enrol in the Cross-cultural Design program (taught in Qingdao, China).

For French and Foreign students:

2 – Personal interview through Skype (in English)
For Chinese students only:
The appliance to the programme will be in 3 steps:
1 – Fill a form (visit)
2 – 3-hour test
3 – Personal interview through Skype (in English)

From the 15th of November 2009 to the 8th of March 2010: Online application
15th of March : Deadline to send the applications back to the school
22nd of March 2010: Publication of eligibilities
On the 25th and 26th of March 2010: Online interviews
22nd of March 2010: Test (only for Chinese applicants)
Test description (only for Chinese applicants)
The applicants will be asked to sit for a 3-hour test.
This test will be a design exam in which applicants will be asked to show creativity, sound reflection and good English skills.
