Long term project
Description: Students work on a company project for 3 months (5-designer groups)
Example of campanies: Hewlett Packard, Supor, Pointech and Hisense (2010), Hisense (2009)
Goal: Develop strong skills in team work, project management and get used to work with professionals

Anthropological project "My friend Chang"
Description: Students work for 2 months on a local anthropological project. They work in close relationship with Chinese students.
Example of subjects:
- Relation between interfaces and sound in China
- Luxury in China
- Cars customization in China
- Chinese women hygiene
- Street vendors in China
- Elderly people in China
Goal: Develop strong skills in user observation

Marketing seminar
Description:
In our developed, serviced-based society, marketing has long become an key activity for corporations, ideas and individuals to succeed. Yet, for non business people, marketing often carries an aura of mystery and is sometimes perceived as a negative and destructive activity.
This 3 day course is designed for students with no marketing, no business background and who are not following business major. It will focus more on the marketer ‘mindset’ and methodology rather than detailed marketing tools.

- Be a marketing user
